The blade is hand-forged from high-carbon Damascus steel, created by layering and folding 1095 and 15N20 steel billets through repeated heating, hammering, and twisting. The blade is hand-ground to a fine edge, acid-etched to reveal the Damascus pattern in full contrast, and hand-polished for a refined finish.
