What courier services do you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped through trusted, trackable couriers — DHL, UPS, and FedEx — chosen based on your location for the fastest, most reliable delivery.
How long does it take to receive my knife order?
Orders shipping from our USA or Portugal warehouse typically arrive faster. Handmade pieces dispatched from our Pakistan workshop usually ship within 5-7 business days, depending on order size. A tracking number is provided either way.
Can I track my knife order after it ships?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on my order?
Import duties and taxes vary by country and are set by local customs authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, so it’s worth checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Are there any restrictions on importing knives internationally?
Knife import laws differ from country to country, covering blade length, knife type, and required permits. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm local regulations, and we always declare shipments accurately.

What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
We accept PayPal, Payoneer, and Wise for secure international payments. Larger orders can also be paid via wire transfer through Payoneer.

Are your knives handmade or mass-produced?
Every knife we sell is 100% custom handmade — no mass production. Each piece is individually hand-forged and finished by skilled craftsmen.
Can I get a custom engraved or personalized knife?
Yes, custom engraving is available on request, and we can craft a fully custom knife based on your own design or specifications — just contact us with the details.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk knife orders?
Yes, we work with wholesale buyers with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 pieces. Reach out to us directly for bulk pricing and lead times.
How do I request a custom quote before buying?

Orders, Returns & Issues
What happens if I receive a defective knife?
If any piece is defective on our end, we make it right — a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Contact us immediately with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged), and we’ll work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.
Product Quality
Are Damascus steel and high-carbon knives rust-proof?
Damascus and high-carbon steel resist corrosion well but aren’t fully rust-proof. Keeping the blade clean, dry, and lightly oiled helps preserve both the edge and the pattern long-term.
Will my knife look exactly like the product photo?
Since each knife is handcrafted, slight natural variation in pattern, grain, or wood texture is normal — it’s part of what makes every handmade knife one-of-a-kind.
Does my knife come with a sheath or case?
This varies by product — some knives include a sheath or case and some don’t. Check the individual product listing, or contact us if you’re not sure.
