Description
Introducing the Bodacious Knives Celtic Leaf Sword — where ancient warrior heritage meets modern handcrafting precision. Spanning 26 inches overall with a 20-inch blade, this sword is hand-forged from premium 5160 high-carbon steel and shaped in the timeless Celtic leaf design — a style carried by warriors for over two thousand years.
The blade is precision-ground and heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of 55–58 HRC, delivering exceptional sharpness, outstanding edge retention, and the toughness needed for hunting, camping, and survival use. A stunning hand-etched pattern runs the length of the blade — giving each sword a one-of-a-kind artistic identity that no machine could ever replicate.
Complementing the blade is a beautifully shaped rosewood handle — 6 inches of warm, rich-grained wood that fits naturally in the hand. Secured with a solid cross-guard, the handle provides a firm, confident grip with an elegant historical aesthetic. The rat-tail tang construction keeps the design sleek and balanced while maintaining reliable handle strength.
Whether you’re adding to a serious blade collection, looking for a field-ready hunting sword, or searching for a gift that will genuinely impress — this Celtic Leaf Sword delivers on every count. It ships brand new in perfect condition, protected by a premium genuine cowhide leather sheath for safe carry and display.

Care Instructions
-
01Oil the blade after every use. Apply a thin coat of mineral oil or blade lubricant to the entire blade — including the etched surface — after each use. 5160 carbon steel is high-performance but reactive to moisture, so oiling is essential to prevent rust.
-
02Wipe clean after use. Use a dry clean cloth to remove moisture, dirt, or residue from the blade immediately after field use. Never leave the blade wet or dirty — it dulls the edge and accelerates corrosion.
-
03Do not store long-term in the leather sheath. Leather traps moisture and can cause rust on carbon steel. For long-term storage, oil the blade well, wrap in a dry cloth or plastic wrap, and store in a cool dry place away from the sheath.
-
04Sharpen with a whetstone. Use a whetstone (400 grit then 1000+ grit finish) at a consistent 15–20 degree angle to maintain the edge. 5160 steel sharpens beautifully and holds its edge exceptionally well.
-
05Protect the etched blade pattern. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool on the blade — they will damage the hand-etched Celtic design. Use only soft cloths and light oil to clean and protect the etching.
